Mackenzie is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.
She has completed additional training in trauma-informed care, somatic psychotherapy skills, suicide prevention, cultural safety, and mental health first aid. Her background also includes experience in mental health education, advocacy, and human resources, informing her understanding of stress, burnout, and interpersonal dynamics.
