Client Focus & Areas of Expertise
Dawn-Amber works with adults who are carrying a lot — especially those who are used to being the ones others rely on.
Many of the clients she supports are first responders, healthcare workers, or caregivers who are feeling emotionally drained, burned out, or quietly struggling behind the scenes. She also works with individuals navigating recovery, chronic illness, perfectionism, and the long-term impacts of stress and trauma.
Her clients often describe her as approachable, steady, and easy to talk to. She creates a supportive space where people can slow down, take a breath, and explore what’s going on beneath the surface — without pressure or judgment.
