Meet Meagan Jennings

Meagan supports children, teens, adults, and seniors across Ontario who are navigating emotional distress, mental health challenges, and periods of transition. She offers thoughtful, compassionate psychotherapy for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, low self-esteem, and related concerns.

Meagan brings a grounded and collaborative presence to therapy. Her work focuses on helping clients feel understood while developing practical tools to support emotional balance, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.

A Warm, Supportive Start

Many people seek therapy when they feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm that feel difficult to break, despite significant effort. These patterns can affect many areas of life, including work or school, relationships, and sense of self.

Meagan brings curiosity and compassion into sessions, helping clients reflect on patterns, build insight, and develop tools that can be applied beyond therapy. Her goal is to support clients in feeling more in control of their lives, without pressure to have everything figured out.

Perspective and Philosophy

Meagan views therapy as a process of curiosity, awareness, and growth. She believes change begins when patterns are explored with compassion rather than resistance.

A guiding perspective in her work reflects this belief:
“What we resist persists.”

This philosophy informs her focus on helping clients notice and understand their experiences, rather than fighting or avoiding them, while building skills that support lasting change.
