Our DBT Emotion Regulation Skills Group helps adults (18+) across Ontario build tools to understand, manage, and balance emotions.
Over 8 weeks, you’ll learn evidence-based strategies from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) to strengthen resilience, reduce reactivity, and create more emotional balance — all in a supportive virtual group environment.

Start Date: Thursday, November 20, 2025
Time: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM (2-hour sessions)
Duration: 8 weeks (weekly sessions)
Format: Virtual group therapy (secure, private platform)
Facilitator: Dawn-Amber Hilton, Registered Nurse providing Psychotherapy
Cost: $80 per session (receipts provided for insurance submission)
Eligibility: Adults (18+) living in Ontario
Payment & Insurance Info
Each session is $80. Participants receive a receipt that can be submitted to their insurance provider. Many insurance plans in Ontario cover psychotherapy provided by Registered Nurses — check with your plan to confirm.
Please note: Dawn’s practice is supervised by a registered social worker, which will be indicated on your receipt for payment. We recommend you share this with your insurance provider when inquiring about coverage.
