What is CPT?

Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) is a specialized type of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) designed to help people recover from trauma and PTSD. CPT focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful beliefs related to traumatic experiences.

Who is CPT For?

CPT is especially effective for people living with:
